Tapioca pearls are small balls made of tapioca starch. After they are cooked, they become translucent and normally flavourless. This variety has an addition of Pandan flavour, giving them a nice sweet taste. You can use tapioca pearls to make various Asian desserts, but they are also great for bubble tea!
