Fennel seeds are especially popular in Indian cuisine. TRS Roasted Fennel are roasted seeds which can be added directly to the food. The seeds have a slightly sweet taste reminiscent of anise. Use the tasty roasted TRS fennel for Indian dishes like chicken balti, split pea and tomato soup, dal dishes, etc. There are also a few spice mixes containing this spice such as panch phoron.
