Thai Dancer Rice Flakes 36 x 200 g

These Thai rice flakes are quite different from the rice flakes we know from Indian cuisine. In Thailand, these rice flakes, for that is what they are rather due to their large size, are also known as Kua Chap Chips. It is mainly used there in the Thai soup dish Kua Chap, which is a Thai 5-spice soup. Due to its surprising shape, this rice flake is also fun to incorporate into rice or noodle dishes where you then replace the rice or noodles with these rice flakes.
