Nước Chấm, nuoc cham is a Vietnamese dipping sauce. You can combine this with the vietnamese pancake, spring rolls, summer rolls. Basically anything you want ;)

Ingredients
- 200 g Coconut Cream Block (68% Fat)
- 2 tsp Laos Thai Ginger Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1,5 tsp Lemongrass Powder
- 1 tsp Trassie (Fried Shrimp Paste in Block)
- 5 nuts Kemiri Nuts
- 3 tbsp Palm Sugar Slices
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 5 leaves Dried Lime Leaves
6 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1.5 tbsp Lime juice
1 clove of finely chopped Garlic
Preparation method for Nuoc Cham
- Mix water and sugar in a bowl. Optional: Heat 1/3 of the water, then mix to make the sugar dissolve more easily, then add the rest of the water.
- Gradually add lime or lemon juice until you like the taste. A good guideline is that it should taste like lemonade / lemonade.
- Add small amounts of fish sauce until you like the taste. It should be a bit strong in taste.
- Add garlic and chopped chili and dip!
