"Mogu mogu will be the summer drink of 2022 if it's up to us. An exotic, sweet fruit drink, with pieces of nata de coco. That might take some getting used to, but did you know that in Asia it is quite normal to have ""pieces"" in your drink. Just think of Bubble Tea.
Of course, Mogu Mogu is already delicious as a drink, but you can make it a little more exciting by turning it into a mocktail. "

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 2 pieces Star Anise (Whole)
- 1/2 piece Palm Sugar Slices
- 3 pieces Dried Lime Leaves
- 6 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)
- 200 g Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
Sparkling water
Juice of half a lemon
Preparation method for Mogu Mogu Lychee mocktail
- Fill a glass for 1/3 with ice
- Pour a bottle of Mogu Mogu Lychee over the ice.3 Place some lychees in the glass as well
- Now top up with ice
- Top off with fizz and lemon juice
- Garnish with some lychees
