The Taiwanese "open bun. There are many variations on this and one of them is with these delicious butterfly shrimp. Simple and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 15 chillies Dried Chilli without Stem
- 1 teaspoon Red Miso Soup Paste
- 900 ml Broth Powder Vegetable
- 2 tbsp Thin Soy Sauce
300 g red Cabbage sliced
8 Radishes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lime juice

Serve the gua bao topped with the shrimp, some sriracha mayo and the coleslaw and garnish with cilantro and spring onion if desired
