Madras is a traditional curry dish from South India. Using HS Madras (Curry Powder), composed of finely ground spices, you prepare your madras with chicken (and vegetables) very easily. The highly aromatic spice mix includes coriander, cumin and turmeric and lends a sharp spicy flavour to any curry. The powder can also be used for curry sausage or goulash.
